Hair Stylist/ Hair Team Leader

The position requires:

    - Have a Current PA Hair Cosmetology License

    - Have an existing book of clientele

    - Have a professional attitude and arrive to work on time and work all scheduled hours

    - Be trained in doing upscale UpDos and Hair Styling for Formal events

    - Have the ability to lead a team of 4-6 Hair Technicians and a Hair Attendant

    - Have the drive to motivate the team to reach monetary goals

    - Must attend at least 2 trade shows per year to enhance skills and education

    - Have the ability to develop training for members of the team
